Genuine veterinary emergencies requiring attention before the practice reopens. If your pet requires urgent veterinary attention outside our normal opening hours.

 

Please follow the steps below:

2. Listen carefully to the voicemail message, which will provide you with the emergency contact number for the veterinary surgeon on call.

 

3. Call the emergency number provided to speak directly with the veterinary surgeon on duty.

 

Please note that being registered with the practice does not automatically mean that you are considered a regular client.

 

This service is intended for clients who routinely use our practice for their pet’s veterinary care.
